Afghan officials say Taliban Militants targeted a compound providing logistical support to NATO forces in Kandahar, killing at least three people and wounding dozens more.

There have been conflicting casualty and damage reports. The Taliban immediately claimed responsibility. They say one suicide bomber and two armed insurgents killed 15 people and wounded 60 others, while also burning eight oil tankers at the site.
