Eugenics Victim, Son Fighting for Justice

Elaine Riddick has been fighting for 40 years to get compensation from the state of North Carolina. Between 1929 and 1974, the state sterilized more than 7,600 individuals, including Riddick, in the name of "improving" the state's human stock.
