The illegal construction of a "slacker neighbor" that had been on Yucatan Street in the El Cerrito neighborhood for more than five years, was demolished this day by the City of Puebla, after the deadline for voluntary demolition of the property expired, since it was obstructing the circulation of cars and pedestrians.
