Bulldog prepares to meet his younger brother

The owner of this dog came up with a smart way to get Shug, her two-year-old bulldog, used to living with another dog before bringing her four-month-old brother, Bruce, home. Rachel Givens, 25, decided to buy a statue of a bulldog and use it to train Shug using a name association technique she had tried before with her toys. For six weeks in a row, Rachel referred to the statue by the name of the "puppy" as well as "little brother" so that she could get used to the idea of a puppy being around.
