Santos' Plan B for Colombia

The FARC and the Colombian government prepare a plan B after losing the plebiscite that would open the doors for the end of the armed conflict. Now, president Juan Manuel Santos looks for other constitutional measures to achieve the aim raised in the peace agreement.
