#VIDEO: Family With Infant Children Booted Off Delta Flight

An Orange County family was recently taken off a Delta Airlines flight to Los Angeles after they were asked to give up the seat their youngest child was using. Brian Schear, a Huntington Beach resident, posted the video of the incident on April 23 this Wednesday and has since reached hundreds of thousands of views. He reported that he was on a flight leaving Maui with his wife and two children aged 1 and 2 when officers approached him and asked him to give up the seat he had bought for his eldest son, who was not on the flight, but he Which he was using for his youngest son. The eight-minute video shows how the officers tell him that if he does not give up the seat he would be removed from the plane. Another person even tells you that if you do not give it away it will be removed and that it would be considered a federal offense. Schear explains that his eldest son returned home on another flight so that his youngest son, who was sitting in a baby seat, could sleep in the seat without disturbing anyone. Although the ticket was not in the name of the infant, the man explained that they discussed the situation with the airline and that Delta employees were those who suggested using the seat. The whole family was eventually expelled from the flight.
