Hilary Duff is the latest celeb to take the plunge and chop her locks! Over the weekend, the 28-year-old blonde beauty decided to kick off 2016 bring in the New Year with a fresh look. She looks absolutely amazing with the new hair-do and we just love it. Maybe the inspiration for a low maintenance do is her son Luca. He looks all grown up in his pics.
