Trumbo is the story of famed Hollywood screenwriter, Dalton Trumbo, who was jailed and blacklisted for his political beliefs in the 1940s. With Trumbo, being a hard worker, he needed a leading lady by his side. Actress Diane Lane had the honor of playing wife, while Helen Mirren played Hedda Hopper.
