Say hello to the b-day girl! Before kicking of her 66th birthday, former Olympian and reality star, Caitlyn Jenner, spent the day with her special girl. The proud parent enjoyed a day on the town with youngest daughter Kylie Jenner. During the celebration, the duo went to lunch and Kylie snapped a sweet selfie with Caitlyn.
