With tortilla pieces "El Chapo" told every day in prison

A pamphlet in the Altiplano prison invites the most dangerous criminals in the country to be only the law departure back to the streets: "Let the law is your freedom". The invitation was addressed to the defendant also 3,578: Joaquin El Chapo Guzman, who, however, changed the law through a tunnel to regain their freedom, a group of national and international journalists entered the prison of Altiplano. Specific to the cell 20 occupied Guzman Loera, to verify the conditions under which he was held and, above all, observe the gap in his cell for which he escaped. The event was dubbed the Chapotour.
