Miss March, a naughty little flick about true love, sex, and comas, is headed our way, and here's the first trailer for it. After almost getting laid on prom night, Eugene takes a tumble down the stairs and is out for the count and lapses into a coma. His best friend wakes him up 4 years later and tells him his girlfriend is now a Playboy model. The two proceed to go on a quest for sex and humor ensues. Check it out after the jump.
