by metarockstar
In the Philippines, people are dancing to a different beat, bopping away to flutes, trombones and tubas made from bamboo. Bands using instruments made from bamboo traditionally perform as marching bands at town festivals and events in the Philippines. Now "musikong bumbong" which means bamboo music is a growing genre in different parts of the country. The instruments are hand made and carved from bamboo.
