Demi Moore in the hospital

Details are still emerging, but we have learned that Demi Moore was rushed to the hospital last night, being treated for drug abuse at a hospital in LA. The 911 call was place at 10:45pm and some sources say it's for "substance abuse" while Demi%u2019s reps tell TMZ she%u2019s hospitalized for something called “seeking further professional assistance.” Demi%u2019s rep%u2019s said, “Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health. She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends.” Whether Demi is being treated for “exhaustion” or “substance abuse” she does have a history with drug addiction. Demi Moore was addicted to cocaine in the '80%u2019s, but after going to rehab for two weeks she reportedly cleaned up and has supposedly been sober ever since. According to “sources” at Life & Style, Demi Moore reportedly started doing drugs again when her relationship with Ashton Kutcher started to crumble. Back in October, the mag claimed that she started drinking again and was doing drugs. The source claims that she started boozing long before Ashton%u2019s affair with Sara Leal and that Aston only cheated in an attempt to give his wife “tough love” and hopefully snap her out of it. Other sources have told InTouch Weekly that her friends have been urging her to go to rehab for years and its no secret that those in her inner circle have known that she%u2019s been drinking for years but Demi%u2019s drug problem started back up when she feared Ashton would leave her.
