Ships flag up warming Cuba relations

Russian warships sail into Havana Bay for the first time since the 1991 collapse of the Soviet Union. The anti-submarine destroyer Admiral Chabanenko sailed in from the Straits of Florida just 144 kilometres from the U.S. coast for a five-day stay amid warming relations between Russia and Cuba and rising tensions with Washington.
