| Im a big fan of Jill Scott. It's been a while since I've done a portrait of her. I like this look as I think it's very fitting to her song. This is my third time lapse. I connected my HV30 to my Mac Pro via firewire. I thought a direct link would render uncompressed footage; but it doesn't. I used a 60 watt bulb rather than my fluorescents. They seemed to kill the cozy ambiance. I was up real late doing this. I noticed that when my arm was up high the light reflected into the camera and flooded the imagery. I don't remember what my settings were (I will write them down from here on out). My main issue is camera-setup. I don't know if my space was dark enough to practice the "light trick"...I will try and use it next time. | ||
