Many of these passengers are immigrants from countries in Central America that are forced to cross Mexico to get to the United States. In many cases, the women are kidnapped and raped, and later subjected to all kinds of humilliations and molestation, and are finally used as prostitutes for the criminal groups while their family tries to gather money for the ransom. If the payment is not made, they are murdered. The way of achieving this is through an operation that takes down several websites related to passenger transportation. This operation will consist of a DDOS attack with deface. the date corresponds to the beginning of the Paisano Program for this year, which is when the highest number of immigrants and passengers suffer the above mentioned crimes. Also, on December 10, the world will celebrate the International Day for Human Rights, which is why it is the perfect combination, sin safety and free transit are basic rights of people around the world. In the same manner, that day Operation -Lux Mundi- will take place, where all the participants will release a baloon to the sky to symbolize the hope of a better world and protest against repression and violence towards human rights.
