Buddy The Bulldog Can't Swim

Ok everyone, collective “awwww” in 3%u20262%u20261%u2026 I've always heard that dogs are born with the innate ability to swim, but after seeing Buddy's enthusiastic but fruitless attempts at staying afloat I stand corrected. It's clear he loves the water, he just can't get his paws to move in the right direction.
