Controversial video of Houston Police Department beating of teen burglar

A screen capture of Houston Police Department chasing and arresting a burglary suspect in March 2010. Surveillance video captured the arrest. The video was not released to the public, but was leaked Feb 1, 2011 by self proclaimed activist Quanell X (Formerly Ralph Quanell Evans). Grabbed from KTRK-TV Houston's website. www.abc13.com has better resolution than my screen grab. Note that suspect is laying on ground with hands on head when approached by officers, and then is hit and kicked while in this position prior to be cuffed.
