Snowfall in Cd. Juárez and El Paso, Texas -15 degrees

Transmountain Road was one of the first thoroughfares to closed due to all the snow and ice. Scenic Drive and Glory Road at Sun Bowl Drive were also closed this morning because they're too dangerous to drive. Police report dozens of fender benders throughout El Paso but no serious injuries resulted.
