Fidel Castro back in military uniform

Former Cuban leader Fidel Castro has addressed a rally, dressed in military uniform for the first time since stepping down as President. He was speaking to students in Havana on the Middle East and the threat of nuclear war. This latest event in a string of appearances by the formerly reclusive leader has revived speculation that he's looking for a more active role in politics. It's been four years since ill health forced Castro to hand over power to his brother Raul.
