Pentagon US has 5,113 nuclear warheads

The Pentagon unveiled the size of the U.S. nuclear arsenal for the first time -- it has 5,113 nuclear warheads in its stockpile.

The information coincided with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's address to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty Review Conference at the UN. Clinton, says the move is aimed at promoting transparency in the nuclear disarmament regime and encouraging other nations to comply with it.
