What’s on Miranda Kerr’s mom’s plate? More importantly what’s in her glass? The model’s 50 year old mom doesn’t just drink just everyday tap water, she drinks a glass of reverse osmosis alkalised, mineralized water with magnesium powder, vitamin c, powder zinc and selenium liquid. Now that’s a mouthful. But before you jump on the trend bandwagon, some scientists are sayings says it’s really no different than tap water and still others say it’s a scam and may actually cause harm, but it looks like Miranda’s mom is still a fan.
