ONBOARD THE USCGC BOUTWELL -- Interview with Jessica Navarro, from the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Boutwell, about being deployed on the Boutwell after recently graduating from bootcamp on Tuesday. The Boutwell is currently traveling to Petropavlovsk, Russia, to represent the U.S. Coast Guard in the North Pacific Coast Guard Forum (NPCGF).
