50th anniversary of the assassination of John F Kennedy

This year , on November 22 , marks the 50th anniversary of the assassination of John F. President Kennedy and Governor Connally were injured, two were taken in a hurry to Parkland hospital. News agencies reported that three shots as the caravan passed under the Stemmons Freeway . Two hit the president and the governor of Texas. Despite the efforts of doctors Malcolm Perry, Kemp Clark and others, the president did not revive . Governor Connally 's wounds were serious , but not fatal. The shot caused him breaking three ribs, a punctured lung and a ruptured wrist. The bullet lodged in his eventually left thigh. 12:36 pm - The ABC radio station broadcast the first news bulletin on national television , in which it was reported that shots were fired during the course of the caravan in which Kennedy was riding. 13: 00 hours - the death of John F. was declared Kennedy at age 46 , was the 35 president of the United States and the fourth who was murdered during his tenure. 14:15 - Lee Harvey Oswald is arrested in the back of a cinema that fled after shooting the officer Tippit . 14:39 - Lyndon Johnson was sworn in as president at the track Love Base , aboard the presidential plane . Early the next morning , after the autopsy , took the coffin draped with a flag at East Room at the White House . 19:15 hours - were indicted for the murder of Oswald Officer Tippit . From 22 to 25 November 1963 - Major Brands TV and radio continuously covered the events surrounding the assassination of President and canceled all entertainment programs and commercials. Many theaters , shops and businesses , including stock exchanges and government offices remained closed , until 25 November. November 23, 1963 - President Johnson designated 25 November as a day of national mourning . November 24, 1963 - While Oswald transferred to the local prison to the Dallas County jail , Jack Ruby, a nightclub owner , shot and killed him. The assassination involuntarily televised . They immediately arrested Jack Ruby. November 25, 1963 - The President is buried in Arlington National Cemetery with full military honors. Representatives from over 90 countries attended the ceremony. November 26, 1963 - Jack Ruby in Dallas were prosecuted for the murder of Lee Harvey Oswald. He was later convicted, but managed to revoke the judgment on appeal and died of cancer in 1967 , while awaiting a new trial. November 29, 1963 - President Lyndon B. Johnson appointed the chairman of the Committee for the Assassination of President Kennedy. It is commonly called Warren Commission and its task was to investigate the assassination of Kennedy.
