Barack Obama plays soccer with smart ball in Africa
U.S. President Barack Obama showed his soccer skills by exchanging passes with a ball with his Tanzanian counterpart, Jakawa Kikwete, during the last leg of his tour of Africa. The uniqueness of the occasion was not to see play both leaders, but the ball, it is built to generate electricity. The ball is called 'Soccket ball' and inside it contains a number of electronic devices that generate and store enough energy to power small appliances. Obama and Kikwete had fun for a while in Ubungo power plant, in the Tanzanian capital. The U.S. president concludes today weeklong tour through Africa, which included visits to Senegal, South Africa and Tanzania.
