Obama relying on Clintonites

President-elect Barack Obama is relying on a team of Washington veterans to staff his transition and form the backbone of his administration. Obama's transition chief made it clear to reporters that federal lobbyists would be barred from helping foot the bill for his transition and from working in the same federal departments they have lobbied in the past year.
