The fall of Lehman

Lehman chief executive Richard Fuld told lawmakers that regulators were aware of everything that was happening in the months leading to Lehman's collapse. Fuld blamed several events for Lehman's downfall, including abusive short selling, false rumors, credit agency downgrades and loss of confidence by clients and counter parties.
