The audio portion in this clip is of Master Sgt And Covert Intelligence Officer Frank Kaufmann reliving the event where he witnessed the crashed flying saucer at Roswell. Officer Frank Kaufmann was assigned to Roswell AFB and was given a special security clearance to witness the collecting and removal of the flying saucer and the aliens in Roswell New Mexico.
