After 5 years of marriage and a daughter in the way, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes take their own love story.

According to People magazine in its online edition highlights the unique pump for a couple of film that is highly prized by the paparazzi.

"This is a private matter for Katie and her family," said Jonathan Wolfe, a lawyer for the actress, "The main concern for Katie remains, as always, the welfare of his daughter."

Cruise, who would be his third divorce and is 49 years and formed a dream story with Holmes, 33, since they began their romance to marry in a castle in Italy.
