Stranded Fla Family Rescued

The Coast Guard has rescued a family and their two dogs, who were stranded on Dog Island, Fla., by inclement weather caused by Tropical Storm Debby. Water was reportedly surrounding the house, and there was no way to evacuate to higher ground.
