US authorities accused of taking bribes Tomas Yarrington of Narco

Tomás Yarrington, the former governor of Tamaulipas, has been accused of receiving and accepting millions of dollars of bribes from drug trafficking organizations. According to U.S. federal prosecutors, he then invested the money in real estate in Texas, thus making his actions a form of money-laundering. Formal charges have not yet been filed, although prosecutors have filed two requests to confiscate Yarrington
