$Midwest regional game during Sunday s final against Duke, Louisville Cardinals guard Kevin Ware suffered horrific broken leg. After trying to block a 3-point shot by Tyler Thornton Duke Isabel fell and broke his leg. Early reports suggest a compound fracture of both the tibia and fibula. His bone sticking out of his skin on the court, fans and horrible teammates and the opposing team. Chane Behanan fellow Ware and Russ Smith were visibly emotional, crying on the court, and coach Rick Pitino could also be seen mourn. Before being removed from the field, Ware spoke to his teammates and Pitino. He was later transferred to nearby Methodist Hospital. According to a spokesman for the University of Louisville, Ware pain is under control and you will probably have surgery tonight.
